Jacob Fields was born and raised in South Arlington/Mansfield Texas with an older brother and a single mother. He grew up as a Christmas/Easter Christian until going through confirmation in 8th grade and immediately after became involved in leadership within the Youth Group.

As a sophomore in High School, Jacob began to feel a call to vocational youth ministry and began learning everything he could about it. Jacob attended McMurry University in Abilene TX where he graduated with a Bachelors of Business administration with a minor in Religion. Upon graduation, Jacob was recognized as the "Outstanding Graduate of 2009."

Jacob and his wife Kim were married on May 16, 2009 and moved to the DFW Area. Thier dog Daxton thinks he is a small human and is a very big part of their lives.

Jacob enjoys learning everything he can from anyone he can. He plays bass guitar and enjoys golfing and cooking. Jacob looks forward to building relationships with as many as possible in the Lake Cities Community.
